TOPIC OF THE WORKSHOP: FOOD CONNECTS GENERATIONS - THE DISHES OF CHILDHOOD
The aim of the workshop was to create about 4 min. long animated stop-motion movie. The film created by the participants will be presented during the artist's book exhibition in December. Materials used during the workshops are coloured paper and plasticine.
September 7, 2019, 11.00 - 14.00: Introduction
During the conversations about childhood dishes, the younger participants asked elderly people about their culinary tastes. The conversations were recorded on a voice recorder, assembled and selected by a workshop instructor. The recorded sound material was the introduction and a starting point for the continuation of the next two workshop days.

September 14, 2019, at 11.00 - 14.00: Continuation
The process of creating a stop-motion animation is based on the recorded sound material from the first workshop. The participants will animate items and compositions, which are put in motion by means of photography. At that point the participants will already have the opportunity to preview the animated elements of their movie.

September 21, 2019, at 11.00 - 14.00: Conclusion
During the last workshop the participants finish their work and the instructor will continue with assembling of the prepared material and its soundtrack.
